The RoughDeck HP is the industry leader for precision weighing in Legal-for-Trade applications. The RoughDeck HP’s NEMA 4 aluminum TuffSeal junction box is protected from forks and industrial abuse by a 6" structural steel channel frame and diamond treadplate safety deck. The junction box is also mounted as a handy slide-out tray that eases setup and service access. Cables include sturdy cord grips or a quick disconnect for added convenience. In addition, all load cell cables are enclosed in conduit, alleviating danger of rough handling. The Rice Lake RoughDeck FXB Flexure Lever Floor Scale’s unique flexure design filters motion and shock loading. The S-beam load cell is critical to the flexure functionality. Available in a variety of sizes and weight capacities, the RoughDeck FXB Flexure Lever Floor Scale is customizable to a vast array of applications, and its rugged all steel design withstands damage. Available in painted steel version or stainless steel version.
With ramps that sit flush with ground, the RoughDeck BDP accommodates barrels, drums, and pallets. Indicator stand can be attached to a portability frame so vibration does not interfere with zeroing. Portability frame and caster engaging mechanism are below scale's live rails, for unconfined weighing of large items. Load cells and cables are recessed into structural steel channels and fully enclosed junction box is accessible from top. Choose from a mild steel model with a diamond treadplate deck for industrial applications or a 304 stainless steel model with a smooth deck for hostile environments. The stainless steel model has optional welded-seal stainless steel load cells for corrosive or washdown applications. A variety of digital weight indicators are available for vivid weight display.
The MS-1000 electronic chair scale was designed for either walking on or being wheeled on to be weighed. The stainless steel handrail provides support for those that are unsteady on their feet. The scale provides accurate weight with easy-to-read bright 0.8” LED display for easy visibility, weight hold feature and wall or desk mount bracket included for display. Operates on internal battery or AC adapter (included). Power coated rugged steal with smooth top plate surface with four 1000 ohm load cells. The Adam PTM Drum/Wheelchair scale, is a PTM low profile platform that is ideal for drums and wheelchairs. The easy access ramps on both sides offers smooth transitions from the floor to the weighing platform and the diamond checked platform offers a durable weighing area. With handles and wheels for easy portability the PTM can be used where it’s needed in a warehouse or medical facility. The PTM is available with the GK indicator or AE 401 indicator to give a range of different features and functions.
